Organic Schools Meals

Having a good meal at lunchtime is vital to a child’s welfare and learning. School lunches are enjoyed by our children, which are supplied by locally owned company Limes Farm in Farthinghoe –

The menus are constantly under review and changed twice a term to ensure that we offer a variety of the best nutritional, tasting organic food to our pupils.

We are very proud to count St John’s Priory amongst a group of schools for we which cater. We have a dedicated team at the farm that work hard to develop, prepare and serve interesting foods for the children every lunch time. All of our meals are produced to exceed the standards set by the School Food Trust. We do this simply by using the best ingredients. These are made up from farm grown vegetables, farm reared or locally sourced meat and eggs from our chickens. All of our meals are cooked from scratch, we never use packet mixes or take shortcuts.”
